Medjet Membership Account Management

Medjet does not have a member login or membership management portal. If you would like to renew your membership, click RENEW at the top of any page on our website. If you are a MedjetHorizon Member looking to login to eTravel Alerts, or a Medjet Member looking for other Member Resources, please visit our Member Resource Center.

To update information in your account, you must call our Membership Services team at 800-527-7478.

As a reminder, the Medjet App is available for iPhone and Android and you can add your Membership card to your digital wallet. It’s a great way to view a lot of your information, including effective and expiration dates, who’s included on your membership, and all of our contact information.To log into the app, you will need your Membership number and the DOB of the Primary Member.
