Medjet is a privately held U.S. company.

How It Works

Enroll then travel.

You need to be at the Residence Address listed on your Membership on the date you choose as your Effective Date.

Illness, injury, or a security event interrupts your trip...

If you are admitted to a hospital and require continued inpatient care, contact Medjet. For MedjetHorizon Members, if you feel your safety is threatened, call the 24/7 Crisis Response line.

3.

We transport to the hospital of your choice, at home.

A dedicated transport team will stay with the member from their current bedside until they reach their home hospital.
