The MedjetAssist Domestic U.S. 48 Membership Program is tailored to travelers up to the age of 75 who are residing in and are traveling more than 150 miles from home within the 48 contiguous United States.
In the event of an inpatient hospitalization this membership provides for hospital of choice medical transport to a home hospital or specialty hospital within the contiguous 48 United States. No health questions, deductibles or claim forms are required.
Individual Membership - $185.00 per year
Family Membership - $315.00 per year

For comparison purposes, the MedjetAssist regular annual membership rates are $260 and $395 respectively and allow for both domestic and international travel protection. As a Domestic Member, you may upgrade anytime to the Regular Annual Membership prior to departing on your international trip by simply calling MedjetAssist and paying the membership differential.
